“A huge hello from us both! We are Thorayya & Shifa, two sisters from Norfolk who have been fermenting and brewing food & drink with our family for many years, and dared to dream that we’d launch our very own fermenting business one day.
In March 2020 it HAPPENED! We delivered our very first batch of Kombucha to you during lockdown and we have loved you being a part of this journey ever since.
Believing fermented foods can be as delicious as they are gut, planet and people kind, we hope you fall in love with this ancient food process as much as we have”.
