Can you give a horse a home?
Redwings have two marvellous mares looking for homes as non-ridden companions
Little My, a 11.3hh, 11-year-old dun Welsh cross, is based at the Redwings Oxhill rehoming centre in Warwickshire.
She is a kind and inquisitive mare who thrives with one-to-one interaction, and has progressed wonderfully through her handling training. She loves to be pampered and we think, with an experienced Guardian, she could have the potential to be an in-hand show or agility pony.
Tulip, a 13hh, 12-year-old Cob, is based at our Redwings Ada Cole rehoming centre in Essex.
She is a sweet and well-mannered girl who is good to handle for veterinary treatments and for the farrier. Tulip is friendly with other horses making her the ideal companion, but she can find some new situations worrying so will need a kind and sympathetic Guardian to help with her confidence.
